All of this footage was recorded after patch 1.1.3, when surge was nerfed. I made this video to show that even after class nerfs and overall game changes(biochem/surge nerf), Scoundrels and Operatives can still do extremely well against like geared players.

My spec is 3/31/7, and I have 538 expertise, with two pieces of PvE gear.
